                                                                                                Covid-19 update

As Evolve Online Counselling is opening from 22ndSeptember 2020 for Face to Face sessions we would like to inform you of the measures we have put in place for the safety and wellbeing of our clients and therapists.

The measures we have put in place.

• Gloves are available in the therapy room.
• Hand sanitiser is available for entering and exiting the therapy room.
• Disposable masks will be available. 
• The therapy rooms have been set up to follow the 2m social distancing measures.
• Regular cleaning will be undertaken before and after each session.

We ask if you are experiencing any of the following Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend the session and let your Therapist know via telephone, email or text. 

• A new continuous cough.
• A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.
• If you have been in contact with another person who has had confirmed case of Covid-19.

As clients we ask you to observe the following:

• Please use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the rooms.
• You will need to arrive on time as there are no waiting areas available.
• Please bring your own food and beverage’s as we no longer offer drinks etc.
• The toilets will be unavailable. 

We are doing everything possible to minimise the risk and keep all clients and therapists safe, although we cannot eliminate all risks entirely and so in choosing to enter Evolve Face to Face sessions you are acknowledging this fact and enter at your own risk.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update the management of our therapy rooms in line with the Government Covid-19 guidelines and advice from the BACP(British Association of Counselling and Physchotherapy) and UKCP(UK Council for Physchotherapy).
